Stage 1: Delta Analysis

Delta is one of the four major risk measures used by the Greeks. Delta measures the degree to which an option is exposed to shifts in the price of the underlying asset (i.e. stock). Gamma, vega, Rho and theta are the other measures to analyse price sensitivity in options segment.

Stage 2 : Black Scholes Model

Black-Scholes-Model is a widely used model for option pricing. It's used to calculate the theoretical value of European-style options using current stock prices, expected dividends, the option's strike price, expected interest rates, time to expiration and expected volatility.

Stage 3 : Option Chain Analysis

Option Chain Analysis is done as a supportive tool along with technical analysis. It is important to look on them both at the end of the day and during the day. For stocks which are in F&O segment high open interest build-up in futures and options are good indication of market direction.

Stage 4 : Back testing

The strongest stock ideas from extensive research process serve as a base for our recommendation. These stocks are actively monitored till the recommendation is forwarded to the client.
